Franco Ferrari, CBC, CFBI, COI, ABI, HLM is President of Ferrari Sunbelt Business Brokers, located in Orlando Florida. His 23 years of experience as a business broker in Florida has catapulted him and the company into a prominent role in the 11 county Central Florida area. He has served as an Officer and on the State Board of Directors of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), as President of the Central Florida Chapter, and as a teacher of business brokerage to new associates.

Robert Borrelli, BBA: Mr. Borrelli is the Executive Vice-President of Ferrari Sunbelt. He handles the day to day operations and interworkings of the orginization as well as managing and maintaing his own listings.  Mr. Borrelli has been with the company for 3  years now and being a graduate of the University of Central Florida has a background in Business and Information Technology.

Brian Gurney: Mr. Gurney has 35 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/contracts, and in budget development and cost management with Siemens-Westinghouse. Following, he spent several years in residential, commercial and private source loans. Mr. Gurney holds Florida licenses in Real Estate and Mortgaging, and is now utilizing his experience and knowledge in assisting business investors to achieve their respective goals.

Robert P. Pasquale: Upon graduating from Boston College in 1968, Mr. Pasquale had diverse background in marketing and sales of several large companies, including Mattel Toy Company, Canon USA, and Automatic Radio/Armatron Corp. His positions included direct sales, Director and Vice-President. Mr. Pasquale also owned and managed restaurants and lodges. His vast experience at all levels is of utmost importance in assisting buyers and sellers of small, mid-size and large corporations. Since settling in the Central Florida scene he has become an expert of day care businesses.

David E. Ritt: Mr. Ritt holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration (BBA) Clarkson University, an MBA in Retailing form New York University. He has had retailer positions in merchandising and management and was a Business Consultant to a Canadian Investment firm.  He was also a life and health insurance agent and has been a self employed public accountant and consultant since 1976.  Mr. Ritt has worked with businesses in over forty different classifications. He is fluent in French and German.

Shawn P. McCormick: Shawn McCormick is an experienced restaurateur, with over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Growing up with 'Midwest values', in Ohio, Mr. McCormick treats others with respect and integrity that is much needed when helping others through business transactions. You can expect him to protect your interests and build a relationship that extends well beyond the transfer. He has worked in nearly a dozen major U.S. markets with some of the best in the industry, such as Ruth's Chris' Steakhouse, as well as being an owner/operator of upscale Italian and Steakhouse restaurants. Mr. McCormick is using his experience to guide buyers in acquiring the perfect business or sellers to achieve a positive result from the sale.

Lon Wagner: A native and lifelong resident of Central Florida, Lon attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with a B.A. in Communications. He has worked extensively in and with the media, in multiple positions including programming, production, and advertising/promotion. As an entrepreneur, he started and operated a small business for 25 years, working with many other businesses – clients, vendors, allies, and associates. Credits include audio and video productions, and voice-over talent distributed locally, statewide, and nationwide. Many projects involved working with high level international experts and dignitaries. Years in business as an advertising agent and promotions project manager provided the opportunity to build and refine skills as an intermediary between business parties, as well as government agencies from time to time.

Lon’s philosophy is to provide excellence in service with a warm, fun, and personal touch, in dealing with everyone from the paper boy to the President. His understanding and command of the English language, local knowledge, plus persistence, thoroughness, and attention to detail provide a valuable asset to his clients, whether assisting the seller in marketing a business, or helping a buyer acquire one.

Lauri Cox: Ms. Cox has been working in the Business Brokerage Profession in Central Florida since 1991, both in an Administrative capacity as well as a Sales Associate.  Having worked in several Brokerage offices, Lauri has been involved in hundreds of transactions; from listing to closing, allowing her to be a tremendous asset to the office, its agents, and her own clients.

Nancie Cooney:
Mrs. Cooney is a graduate of the University of Texas in the school of Business and Hospitality.  She is a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Federation and the Chamber of Commerce.  She has also owned her own businesses and has been a Million Dollar Sales Producer from the Florida Business Brokers Association.  Mrs. Cooney, a recognized business leader in the Central Florida business community, joins Ferrari Sunbelt and brings with her the skills as a business negotiator, sales trainer, and a leader in retail salesmanship.  She will utilize her experiences in assisting buyers to invest in the right business and helping sellers achieve their goals.  Mrs. Cooney has attended many business workshops to refine her business brokerage skills and to polish her intermediary and leadership roles.  A few of her marketing niches are in property management, sign companies, restaurants, and beauty salons.

 

Donald L. Cooney, BBA:  Mr. Cooney graduated with a Journalism Degree from Northeastern Oklahoma University.  He has served on the board of the International Trade Association and is also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Cooney has owned and sold several small businesses himself and knows what it takes to help small business owners.  His experience spans from mom and pop businesses such as publishing, property management, and restaurants to working with major corporations like Hilton and Sheraton Hotels.  Mr. Cooney has never lost site that a solid work ethics and strong sense of commitment to “Good Business” is indeed good business.


DELAND OFFICE AGENTS

Dominic P. D'Amato P.A.: Mr. D’Amato as a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island received his Bachelor of Science degree in only three years. He also holds an A.S. degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

With 27 years of experience in various areas of business, honesty, integrity and experience have proven to be crucial for success.  Being V.P. of operations for several franchise stores, partnerships in several joint ventures, as well as owning and operating several small to mid-size businesses, Mr. D'Amato has expertise in areas of analysis of operating figures, P & L statements, and budgeting.
